Questions remain after state health officials said last week that water in some Jackson area homes tested positive for lead above recommended levels.    The Clarion-Ledger reported (http://on.thec-l.com/1UNCIbi) the Environmental Protection Agency said a repeat sampling Friday indicated only two of the 13 original locations continue to test above actionable levels.    Mississippi State Health Department spokeswoman Liz Sharlot said it's a good start, but they must wait for an entire sample for systemwide compliance levels to determine more.    The agency said July tests from 22 percent of its 58-residence sample detected lead levels between 0.017 and 0.02 - above the federal action level of 0.015.    Jackson Director of Public Works Kishia Powell had said the results don't indicate an issue with Jackson's water system, and that the city's water is safe.
